  • Balloons, confetti, and other decorations are not allowed. All decorations brought in for any reservation must be approved by management in advance.

  • Separate Checks — we do not allow separate checks, only equally split payments, up to 5 credit cards.

  • Behavior Policy — Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

  • No Smoking or Vaping.

The Kimberly has a BUSINESS CASUAL Dress Code Policy in order to maintain an enjoyable environment for ALL guests. The Kimberly staff takes pride in their appearance and thanks you in advance for following these guidelines. 

  • Swimwear, beachwear, and athletic wear are too casual and not permitted (including flip-flops, sandals, gym-style clothing, sweatpants, beanies, baseball caps, or visors).

  • No exposed bras, lingerie or other undergarments

  • Due to food safety issues, feather boas are not permitted inside the dining room. If worn, they must be checked at the door.

  • We welcome tasteful, upscale headwear such as berets, fedoras, or wide brimmed hats.
